WELCOME TO DNA We are Dea and Ash, co-owners of DNA Lashes, LLC. From besties to business partners, our passion in lash artistry ignited the idea of uniting our talents and ideas together. Located in Worcester, MA we are both licensed estheticians and certified lash technicians with 5 years of experience. We believe that eyelash extensions are an investment in self confidence - which is why we provide an environment where our guests can indulge in self care and bask in the luxury of the service. WHY CHOOSE US We have a deep understanding of lash health and design principles to give you a customized look that is unique to your anatomy and desires. We want you to relax and enjoy the entire experience - from the moment you step into our intentionally designed lash studio to the meticulous application process, we want to ensure perfection! WE CARE <3 We recognize how crucial it is to use high quality products that are both safe and gentle on your eyes and skin. From our cruelty free primer and sealant to our hypoallergenic adhesive, we create nothing short of masterpieces all while using safe products. We ask that you please take the time to read our studio policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to our policies. HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Please arrive to your appointment with clean eyelashes and eyelids. Refrain from wearing makeup or using any products with oils the day of your appointment to ensure maximum retention. We cannot guarantee retention if your lashes have makeup residue on them. Avoid caffeine or energy drinks so you can be as stil l as possible with less bathroom breaks during your service. This is your time to relax and pamper yourself so feel free to bring headphones and dress in comfortable clothing! No extra guests. Should you bring a guest, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and your scheduled service will be charged full price. DEPOSITS All new client services require a non refundable $50 deposit. The card on file must be valid and up to date. Failure to charge the card on file will result in an unpaid invoice and you will be ineligible to rebook with us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY DNA Lashes, LLC requires a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be charged the full service price, regardless of the reason cancelling. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment through Gloss Genius outside of the 24 hour time frame. Please DO NOT direct message us through Instagram to cancel or edit your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period should you be running late to your scheduled appointment. If you are later than 10 minutes your service provider will reach out to cancel your appointment and the card on file will be charged the full service price. You are responsible for rescheduling your missed appointment. Please keep in mind that we are located in a busy building with other businesses. Parking and coming up the elevator should be accounted for when running late to your appointment. We expect our clients in our chair within the 10 minute grace period so we can have enough time to accommodate your service. NO SHOW POLICY No call no shows will result in a 100% charge of the service scheduled. You will not be able to book with either Dea or Ash again. FOREIGN FILLS We DO NOT work over other lash techs work. If you have eyelashes on from a previous tech, please book a removal and a full set. AFTERCARE It is your responsibility to follow aftercare to ensure maximum retention. We understand eyelash extensions are a high maintenance service and we want you to get the most out of it. We sell aftercare products in our studio and will educate you on how to care for your extensions at home. We strongly advise you invest in a lash cleanser to make the most of your fills. 50% of your extensions must be intact for your set to be considered a fill. Anything with less than 50% will be considered a full set and charged so. If you are unsure on how your retention is please feel free to text us, we are here to help!
